Jean Foyer, president of Qairos Energies, a presented its project to set up a pilot site for the production of renewable energy from biomass in Sarthe. During this interview conducted by the editor-in-chief of viàLMtv Laure Girard, the engineer was able to reconsider his motivations aimed at proposing alternative energies by working with rural territories as partners.

Viewers were able to experience, on the main lines, the gasification process, key process for the clean exploitation of the biomass available near the green energy production unit. Unlike other biomass treatment processes to produce biogas, this technique does not produce polluting residues.

They were also able to learn more in an educational video on the general principles of bioeconomy, as well as on top the circular economy applied to the production of new energies.

It consists in particular of installing small renewable energy production units in the countryside., which operate from locally purchased biomass. Ensuite, producers can buy the energy produced for their hydrogen vehicles, while the methane is reinjected into the general network.

Jean Foyer insisted on recalling that the final objective of the company is to promote links and exchanges between producers and consumers of new energies., notably hydrogen and green methane. The next installation of the pilot site could take place on the metropolitan pole of Le Mans.
